Steiner Ranger 6 1-6x24 | 4A-I – Rifle Scope

The Steiner Ranger 6 1-6x24 | 4A-I is a high-quality, compact riflescope designed specifically for dynamic hunting. With its 6x zoom, exceptionally wide field of view of 38.5 meters at 100 meters, and the illuminated 4A-I Fiber Dot reticle, this rifle scope offers excellent conditions for quick target acquisition and controlled shots at moving game.

Whether you’re participating in a driven hunt for wild boar, hunting migrating game, or looking for a compact rifle scope for short- to medium-range use, the Ranger 6 1-6x24 combines speed, precision, and reliable optical performance.

Thanks to its compact design and a weight of just 547 grams, your hunting rifle remains easy to handle even during active hunting situations.

1-6x magnification for quick target acquisition

The Steiner Ranger 6 1-6x24 features a versatile magnification range from 1x to 6x. At the lowest magnification, you benefit from an exceptionally wide field of view, allowing you to quickly spot and track moving game.

With a field of view of no less than 38.5 meters at 100 meters at 1x magnification, you’ll maintain an excellent overview during dynamic hunting situations.

When greater precision is needed, the magnification can easily be increased to 6x. This makes the rifle scope suitable for controlled shots at stationary game at moderate ranges.

High-contrast optics for a clear, high-contrast image

The Ranger 6 series is equipped with high-quality Steiner High Contrast optics, designed to clearly display details and contrasts under a wide range of lighting conditions.

This enables quick and reliable detection of game, even when the background is busy or lighting conditions change.

The combination of a clear image and a wide field of view makes this rifle scope particularly well-suited for driven hunts in forests, on open plains, and along game trails.

Illuminated 4A-I Fiber Dot reticle

The Steiner Ranger 6 1-6x24 features the illuminated 4A-I Fiber Dot reticle in the second image plane.

The fine, clearly recognizable illuminated aiming point facilitates quick target acquisition without unnecessarily obstructing the view of the game.

The light has 11 brightness settings, five of which are for use in daylight and six for low-light conditions. There are separate off positions between the brightness settings.

Because the reticle is positioned in the second image plane, its apparent size remains the same when the magnification is changed.

Sturdy and reliable under harsh hunting conditions

The Ranger 6 1-6x24 is designed for regular use in demanding conditions.

The rifle scope is waterproof up to 1 meter, filled with nitrogen, and suitable for temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +65 °C. The nitrogen filling helps prevent internal condensation caused by temperature fluctuations.

The clearly perceptible click adjustment of 1 cm per click at 100 meters allows for precise corrections.

In addition, the rifle scope is compatible with the optionally available Steiner Ballistic Turret, which allows you to adjust for range based on your ammunition and ballistic data.
