We are hunters and at the same time curious and interested in promoting the development of good products and tools for hunters. We are Harpsöe Sweden.

Animals and nature have given me peace since childhood. Just hearing the music of the wind in the forest, along with the smell of bark and moss, gives you peace. Being able to combine this feeling with excitement and momentum I found incredibly awesome when I got my hunting license at age 36. But one thing was a major annoyance. The rifle! Having to put so much focus on just holding the rifle in a safe manner made the inner peace, not 100%

I searched the market for a product that could work with and without a backpack, that could also be removed when I didn't want it, but could still use my usual gun belt. A product that made it possible to walk freely with both hands, but still get the gun into the factory as quickly as usual with a simple movement.

When I didn't find a good solution, I designed my own. The solution was SGS: Safety Gun Strap. Using SGS, I combine the advantages of my usual gun strap, for example in its construction using belt support. SGS gives me a more ergonomic posture because it relieves pressure on both sides of the back. Now I can walk unhindered without constantly holding the gun in place with one hand to avoid dropping it.

SGS is designed to fit most gun belts on the market. It fits both right and left hand shooters and you can carry the weapon on the right or left shoulder. Fitting to your needs is just a matter of adjustment. It doesn't have to sit all the time. After the shot, if you want to put the weapon away. Then you can pull it out of your pocket and get the gun firmly on your back to carry it about the game.

I can’t find anything negative to say about the Harpsöe Sweden SGS. It doesn’t even get in the way when you need to quickly draw and fire. This sling is definitely something I’ll be using on all my future search missions!"

I had the chance to test this sling, and even during my first search, I realized that SGS was a really great addition. You don’t have to worry about the gun slipping while tracking with the dog. The rifle stays securely in place even in the tightest and most confined areas. And it’s easy to get into the shooting position with this sling! A big plus is that you can also transfer it to other rifles and slings without having to replace your existing sling.

I’ll continue to use this strap since the rifle stays securely on my back and no longer moves around like it used to.
