Pulsar Ultra-X940 IR Illuminator
Powerful, interchangeable infrared flashlights for Digisight Ultra N450/N455 digital night vision scopes, Digisight Ultra N450/N455 LRF, and Forward F455/F455S digital night vision attachments, featuring adjustable power and precise adjustment of the spot’s position within the field of view. Three-step power adjustment allows you to control the IR range and the illumination level of the observed object.
Pulsar Ultra-X940. Invisible Range
The Pulsar Ultra-X940 IR illuminator operates in the IR wavelength band that is “invisible” to the human eye. It allows hunters to observe animals without the risk of being detected or scaring them away.
High Power
The Pulsar Ultra-XS IR illuminators have higher optical power, which gives the riflescope greater capabilities to build an informative image and extends the range of effective use of night vision devices.
Fine-tuning of the IR spot position within the riflescope’s field of view
The adjustment function of the Pulsar Ultra-XS IR illuminator’s optical unit directs the light beam so that maximum illumination is concentrated in a specific area of the riflescope’s field of view, where it is needed for observation.
3-step power adjustment
3-step power adjustment helps achieve the optimal illumination intensity for specific observation conditions. The power is adjusted by successively pressing the button on the IR flashlight’s housing.
Easy installation
Mounting and dismounting the Pulsar Ultra-X940 onto the digital night vision device or front mount can be done in just a few seconds. Thanks to the bayonet mount, the process is simple and reliable.
Power supply
The IR flash is connected via a special connector to the Forward F455 digital night vision device and the Digisight Ultra N450, Digisight Ultra N455 / Digisight Ultra N450 LRF, and Digisight Ultra N455 LRF digital night vision devices via a special connector and is powered by the night vision device. Information about the illumination power is displayed in the status bar of the night vision module.
Eye Safety
The light source in the Pulsar Ultra-XS IR consists of LED-type infrared diodes. Unlike most solutions based on laser diodes, LED IR illuminators are safe for eyesight even when IR illuminator light briefly strikes the retina.
