This thermal imaging scope with the classic look of the Thermion features a laser range finder (LRF). This rangefinder has a range of 800m. A great advantage of this rangefinder is that you no longer have to make a mistake in estimating the distance, so your shot can be placed even more accurately.
This Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro features a 384×288 sensor with a 17um pixel pitch and a NETD of less than 25mK. Thanks to these specifications, you get even more contrasty thermal images for better heat source identification. Even the smaller details such as branches, leaves and grass become more visible. You can use this Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro in all weather conditions, even in fog and rain. With rain and or fog, keep in mind that this will make your image slightly less sharp than you are used to.
The Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro has a gigantic detection range of up to 1800m. This gigantic distance owes this scope to its F50/1.0 lens and its highly sensitive thermal imaging sensor. A standard 1.8m high object can be detected up to 1800m in complete darkness.
This thermal imaging scope features one built-in battery and one replaceable rechargeable battery. When these batteries are both full you are provided with approximately 10 hours of viewing pleasure. If you think 10 hours is not enough, you can buy an APS3 battery with it, so you have some extra hours to go.
