With its short length, lightweight design and uniform weight distribution, the attachment has minimal impact on the balance of the "weapon-optics" complex when mounted on the lens of an optical rifle scope, while the attachment controls are easy to reach.
Robust magnesium alloy housing
A robust, lightweight magnesium alloy housing has high structural strength, protects the Krypton 2 from shock and vibration loads, it is resistant to external mechanical, temperature and climatic effects. The magnesium alloy housing effectively removes and dissipates heat from the electronic components of the thermal imager, increasing the operational stability of the device.

Quick transformation from clip-on to 3x thermal monocular
A few seconds and the new Pulsar 3x20B compact monocular are all it takes to turn Krypton 2 into a 3x thermal imager. The bayonet connection makes it quick and easy to transform Krypton 2 from an attachment to a thermal imaging monocular and back in field conditions.
High thermal sensor sensitivity
384x288 pixel @ 17 thermal image sensor with NETD <25mK ensures perfect detail recognition even in the most difficult weather conditions when thermal contrast is low. The smallest temperature differences will be clearly visible during rainfall, fog or cold mornings in the most difficult thermal imaging conditions.

Ergonomic Bluetooth remote control
The Pulsar BT wireless Bluetooth remote control completely duplicates ordinary buttons. The remote control is characterized by excellent ergonomics - the buttons activate the most requested functions, while the device parameters of fine adjustment and menu navigation are provided by turning or pressing the encoder. The design, size and positioning of the buttons and encoder are adapted for use with both bare hands and gloved hands. It requires minimal movement for a hunter to control the attachment and maintain maximum concentration on the hunting process with the remote in any convenient position on the fore-end or rifle butt.
Customizable user interface
A new feature for Pulsar thermal imaging attachments is the graphical customization of the user interface. The device menu and status bar positions are scaled by the user to a comfortable view when changing the magnification of the day-gun scope to see current enclosure status information and work with the menu in a significant number of magnifications.
Full-HD multicolor AMOLED screen
The new FHD full-color AMOLED display is characterized by high contrast, wide dynamic range and power saving. The fast response time ensures a clear and smooth image when observing in motion or freezing conditions.
Quick-release PSP-B bayonet adapters with precision mounting mechanism for screen positioning
The thermal imaging mount is mounted to the adapter using a four-point bayonet. The bayonet fitting is very reliable and quick and easy to attach. The attachment is removed from one adapter and installed on another without the need for special tools, allowing you to quickly and easily convert various day optics in the hunter's arsenal to thermal imaging optics. The precise screen positioning mechanism allows perfect alignment of the thermal or night vision image in the field of view of daylight optics for maximum viewing comfort.

Krypton 2 enables shooters to focus on rapid target acquisition and shot placement in low-light environments without stressful, complex adjustments by utilizing a sequential layout of optical and electronic components designed to provide accurate sight alignment and ultra-easy adjustability. Selection of signal gain level combined with new filtering algorithms with fine brightness and contrast adjustments offers the hunter great capabilities for long-range observation in various weather and temperature conditions. Germanium lenses with fast aperture
Germanium F50/1.0 and F35/1.0 lenses have high infrared transmission in the LWIR range. Due to the high precision of the optical elements of the lens, the image generated by the sensors of the Krypton 2 thermal attachments stands out for its clarity and detail.
Built-in photo and video recorder
The Krypton 2 has a built-in video recorder. Krypton 2's internal memory can store hours of video and tens of thousands of photos. One press of a button is all it takes to take a picture of an interesting scene or start recording video.
Weaver rail mountable
Use the PSP-V adapter to mount the Krypton on the Weaver rail in front of the scope. For better pairing with optical riflescopes, the adapter offers two mounting height positions depending on riflescope lens size and mounting height. The PSP-V is a quick-release adapter - the mount with the adapter is mounted directly on the rail and removed from it thanks to the single-point locking lever. The adapter is complemented by a silicone cover to protect the riflescope lens from ambient light.
Dual Wi-Fi waveband support 2.4 / 5 GHz
In Krypton 2 thermal imaging cameras, the standard frequency range of the smartphone connection via a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel is supplemented by an effective range of 5 GHz. The 5 GHz connection provides better bandwidth, faster data transfer rate, noise immunity and improved connection stability, resulting in more productive and easier thermal imaging camera operation with a smartphone.
Stream vision 2. Wi-Fi integration with iOS and Android devices.
Built-in Wi-Fi connects the Krypton 2 to Android and iOS smartphones via the stream vision 2 mobile application. This opens up a wide range of options, including software updates for wireless devices, real-time image transfer from the device to the smartphone screen, publication on social media of photo and video content captured by the device or transferred to messengers, remote control of digital device functions and access to the latest news from Pulsar. In addition, registered users receive 16 GB of cloud storage for photos and videos captured with the device.
A selection of 8 color palettes
With a choice of 8 color palettes, users can observe their field of view more effectively, optimizing the unit for specific tasks and responding to changing observation conditions. White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are optimal for object detection, Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase the likelihood of recognition and identification. Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are best suited for long observation at night.
IPX7 immersion waterproof rated
IPX7 waterproof for protection against heavy rain, snow or other precipitation. The unit is designed to operate flawlessly even after immersion in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
Operation at extreme temperatures -25 to +50°C
Housing, power unit, optics and electronics of Krypton 2 are designed with respect to applications in a wide temperature range. Krypton provides reliable and effective performance in freezing temperatures down to -25°C.
