The Axion 2 features a built-in video recorder. The Axion 2’s internal memory can store hours of video and tens of thousands of photos. A single press of a button is all it takes to capture a photo of an interesting scene or start recording video. The footage is copied to a computer’s hard drive via a USB-C port. Axion 2 owners have 16 GB of free storage space in Pulsar cloud storage for photos and videos captured with the device. Simply install the Stream Vision 2 mobile app, log in, and connect the device to a smartphone via Wi-Fi.

Built-in Wi-Fi connects the Axion 2 to Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 mobile app. This opens up a wide range of options, including software updates for wireless devices, real-time image transmission from the device to the smartphone screen, posting photo and video content captured by the device or transferred to messaging apps to social media, remote control of digital device functions, and access to the latest news from Pulsar. In addition, registered users receive 16 GB of cloud storage for photos and videos recorded with the device.

IPX7 waterproof rating for protection against heavy rain, snow, or other precipitation. The unit is designed to operate flawlessly even after being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

With a choice of 8 color palettes, the user can observe their field of view more effectively, allowing them to optimize the unit for specific tasks and adapt to changing observation conditions. White Hot, Black Hot, and Red Hot are ideal for object detection, while Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase the likelihood of recognition and identification. Red Monochrome, Sepia, and Violet are best suited for extended nighttime observation.
