The 3M Peltor TEP 200 in-ear hearing protection in bright orange combines advanced technology with ease of use to effectively protect your hearing in noisy environments. These electronic earplugs are designed to attenuate harmful noise while enhancing situational awareness and communication. Thanks to the level-dependent function, high noise levels are reliably blocked, while soft ambient sounds remain audible—which is essential for safety and situational awareness.
The TEP 200 is intuitive and easy to use, with a single button for turning it on and off and adjusting the volume. This makes the product suitable for a variety of work environments where quick and easy adjustments are needed. The earbuds charge in a compact storage case via charging contacts, which enhances ease of use and ensures organized storage. With a lithium-ion battery that supports up to 16 hours of continuous use, they are reliable for long workdays without interruption.
An innovative design protects the microphone from water ingress, making the earplugs durable and suitable for a wide range of work environments. In addition, audio signals can be received wirelessly via an optionally available neckband, which facilitates communication and entertainment while working.
The TEP 200 is compatible with various types of earplugs, including Ultrafit (SNR 32 dB), CCC-GRM-25 (SNR 36 dB), and Torque (SNR 38 dB), allowing you to adjust the attenuation to your specific needs. With an average attenuation of 34.9 dB and a rated attenuation of 29.9 dB, this hearing protection offers an excellent balance between protection and comfort. Its lightweight design—weighing just 4 grams per earplug—ensures long-lasting comfort without causing fatigue.
This hearing protection is ideal for professionals in industries where hearing protection and communication are crucial, such as construction, manufacturing, aviation, and event management. By improving situational awareness, the TEP 200 also helps prevent accidents and increase efficiency in the workplace.
Compared to traditional passive earplugs, the 3M Peltor TEP 200 offers an advanced electronic solution that not only protects but also allows you to interact with your surroundings. This makes the product suitable for situations where communication and situational awareness are essential without compromising hearing protection.
