The 3Mâ„¢ Peltorâ„¢ EEP-100 electronic earplugs are equipped with a sound level-dependent function, offering dynamic control of external sounds. Above this, it is possible to amplify weaker sounds (e.g. voices) and muffle sudden, hearing-damaging noise. Thus hearing is protected, while at the same time a higher degree of situational awareness and better communication in noisy environments are made possible. The wearer can intuitively operate the hearing protection via a single button and individually adjust the volume at the start. The earplugs are rechargeable via a USB plug on the charging box. The small, lightweight design increases comfort and thereby improves acceptance among users.
SNR = 32 dB (H = 31 dB, M = 30 dB, L = 29 dB) with 3Mâ„¢ UltraFitâ„¢ earplugs. SNR = 36 dB (H = 35 dB, M = 34 dB, L = 32 dB) with PELTORâ„¢ Triple C earplugs.
