Hawke FastMount 3-12×50 Mil Dot AO IR
The Hawke FastMount 3-12×50 Mil Dot AO IR is an affordable yet sturdy rifle scope designed specifically for air rifles. It comes with dovetail (9–11 mm) scope mounts, so you can mount it right away. That’s convenient and saves you from having to buy an extra mount. Thanks to the illuminated reticle, you can shoot effectively in all weather conditions and at dusk. Thanks to the 50 mm lens, the image is very clear—just as you’d expect from a Hawke rifle scope.
Magnification
The 3x–12x magnification is continuously adjustable and well-suited for short, medium, and longer ranges. At 9x magnification, you can usually still shoot freehand. At higher magnifications, you’ll need a rest for your firearm. This version is therefore ideal for freehand shooting and gives you that little extra edge when shooting from a rest. The 50 mm lens provides good light transmission for a clear image. Ideal for low-light conditions and during twilight.
Reticle
Thanks to its scale markings, the Mil Dot reticle allows you to quickly compensate for distance and wind drift. This means you don’t have to keep readjusting your scope. Combined with the variable magnification, this is also ideal for shooting at various distances. The brightness of the illumination is adjustable, allowing you to ensure your reticle always stands out clearly against your target.
