Harkila Wildboar Pro trousers
The Wildboar Pro pants are made of AirTechTM, a robust, windproof and water- and dirt-repellent canvas fabric. Across the entire front and back to above the knees, the pants feature a special knitted protective fabric made of strong polyethylene. As a result, the pants are certified and approved as a protective product for wild boar hunting by the German test institutes for agriculture and forestry, KWF (Das Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik) and DPLF (Deutsche Prüf- und Zertifizierungsstelle für Land-und Forsttechnik).
The pants have a wind and waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, which can withstand high water column pressure as well as being highly breathable and abrasion resistant. The pants have a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish to repel water and dirt. There are zippers on the outside of the thighs with mesh at the back for ventilation during heavy exertion.
The pants have open, slanted front pockets and two large pockets on the outside of the thighs. The right thigh pocket contains a cartridge holder for four rifle cartridges. The left pocket has a Velcro divider, for separating your knife from your phone, for example. At the ankles, hooks are sewn on for attaching the pants to shoelaces.
The Wildboar Pro pants have adjustment straps for the ankle and behind the knee. These provide more room around the knees, which is useful for hunters who need a lot of freedom of movement. On the left side is a D-ring for attaching various pieces of equipment.
The Wildboar Pro Trousers have a 5 year warranty on all material and manufacturing defects.
