The Härkila Base Mesh long johns are composed primarily of an exceptionally breathable mesh fabric of 50% wool and 50% polyester, with flat seams, for comfort when worn as a base layer under your usual hunting clothes. However, the crotch, inner thighs, knees and front of the lower thighs are made of honeycomb jersey with a Polygiene finish to combat odors and bacterial growth. This jersey fabric adds durability where long johns are most subject to wear and tear. The long johns also have a soft, elastic waist. They are designed for a snug fit. So we gave them plenty of stretch to make them follow your movements closely, which means you'll soon forget you even have them on.
